Will I be charged customs and import charges?
These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

What shipping method do you offers?
This is our default shipping methold.
EMS is available to most countries. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach you depends on your location.
Online tracking is available at your local post office website. We recommend this shipping method as it is quick and prevent any unlikely event of loss or damage during delivery from Japan to overseas.

We currently use JAPAN POST (EMS) for our shipping services.(4 to 10 Business Days after shipped from our warehouse)*
In-stock orders will ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.**

Tracking Your Shipment
A shipping confirmation will be sent with your tracking number to the email address that you provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 business hours.
